Batoul Maria is a self-taught Lebanese art-repeneur from Antwerp.

She made a radical shift from the colorful palette of acrylic paintings to a recently more personal industrial art pieces made out of mixed media metal on wooden platform as the principal focus goes on to animal behaviour patterns. She compares the notion of "survival of the fittest" in the animal natural cycle vurses the selfish human behavior that always exceeds basic needs & always fighting for more. The emerging artist uses left-over metals, plastic and recyclable material to create her pieces and translate the notion of time & space. Reconstructing the only part of the body that survives (bonal); When the body disintegrate we just become matter'. The visual artist also creates unique hand-made industrial & decorative furniture pieces. She has exhibited in many parts of the world such as London, Belgium, Dubai & Lebanon.
